Wellness Workshops

om_edited.jpg

Bring calm, clarity, and care directly to your workplace or facility with on-site wellness workshops and chair massage—designed for corporate teams, hospitals, addiction treatment and mental health centers, wellness retreats, and more. These experiences support stress management, nervous system regulation, and sustainable self-care, helping participants feel more grounded, focused, and resilient.

Each program begins with a 60-minute interactive workshop tailored to your environment and audience. Topics can include:

  • Mindfulness for emotional regulation and focus

  • Chair yoga for tension relief, posture support, and mobility

  • Breathwork to reduce stress and support nervous system balance

  • Work Burnout Prevention

  • Practical self-care guidelines that participants can use immediately—at work and at home

After the workshop, participants transition into chair massage sessions, with 10 minutes allotted per person. This combination of education + hands-on care helps reinforce the tools learned in the workshop, while providing immediate physical relief—especially for common stress areas like the neck, shoulders, upper back, arms, and hands.

Whether you’re supporting healthcare staff, office teams, clients in treatment, or retreat attendees, this is a simple and effective way to boost wellbeing, reduce burnout, and create a culture that values health—one session at a time.

Research shows that well-designed workplace wellness programs can boost both productivity and job satisfaction—especially when they teach practical tools employees can use immediately during the workday. Studies on mindfulness-based programs have found measurable improvements in workplace performance and adaptability, along with reduced stress and burnout—key drivers of engagement, morale, and retention. Similarly, workplace movement initiatives (like short mobility breaks or chair-based stretching) are linked to better physical wellbeing and positive worksite outcomes, helping employees feel more energized, focused, and supported.
